The Windows XP Screen Layout
The screen layout of Windows XP Tablet PC Edition is the same as that of Windows XP.
Desktop
The desktop is the working area on the computer. It consists of a large workspace and a taskbar at
the bottom as shown in the figure below.
z Start Opens the Start menu.
x Tablet PC Input Panel The Input Pad used to enter letters.

Taskbar Programs currently running are displayed here.
v System Tray with
Clock
Displays some program icons that are currently running. Infrequently used icons
are hidden. Clicking the left arrow icon, displays hidden icons.
