Making a phone call

Dialling with number
keys

Open the phone so that the key-

board is accessible. If the phone is

not already on (in standby mode)

hold down the

S

key (on/off).

To dial a number, the phone must be

switched on (standby mode).

Enter the number (al-

ways with prefix, if nec-

essary with international

dialling code).

§Clear§

A short press

clears the last digit, a

long press clears the en-

tire number.

Store phone number

in the Addressbook (p. 16)/

Phonebook (p. 20).

Press the Call key. The

phone number displayed

is dialled.

International dialling codes
Many international dialling codes are stored

in your phone:

0

Hold down

until a "+" symbol

appears. This replaces the

first two digits of the interna-

tional dialling code.

Press.

Select the required country. The internation-

al dialling code is displayed. Now add the

national number (in many countries without

the first digit if it is a zero) and press the Call

key.

End call

S

Press the End key brief-

ly. The call is ended.

Accept call

The phone must be switched on

(standby mode).Open the phone

and

Press or

A

press.

Press this key even if the person on the

other end of the line has hung up first.

If the function "Flap answer" is activated

(p. 63), a call can be accepted by simply

opening the flap (cover).
If the headset is connected calls can be ac-

cepted by simply pressing the top arrow on

the button at the side of the phone.
