OFF : The electronic shutter mode does not operate.
NORMAL : Lets you select from among preset shutter

speeds (OFF, FL, 1/125, 1/250, 1/500,
1/1000, 1/2000, 1/4000, 1/10000 sec.).
For example, if you press the DATA UP button while
the shutter speed is set to FL, the value changes from
FL to 1/125 to 1/250 ... 1/10000.

This mode also lets you specify between 001 and 128
frames in 1-frame increments for long exposure at low
speed.

1 frame =

DONPISHA : A charge starts building up the instant an

external trigger signal is input, and a 1-field image is
output. The DONPISHA function lets you shoot an
object moving at high speed from a fixed position with
minimal blurring. You can select from the following
preset speeds (1/1000, 1/2000, 1/3000, 1/4000, 1/6000,
1/8000, 1/10000, 1/12000 sec.).
The 1/12000 setting can only be used with the XC-003.
