Match drill fenders and attach
3/8” bolt, flat washers and locknut.
Weld front braces to
cylinder mounting plate.
Position fender to allow
for max walking beam travel.
Notch out if needed.
Position fender to allow
adequate clearance between
fender and hydraulic cylinder
in upright extended position.
Weld center support to sub-frame.
After fender has been located properly,
locate and weld fender support.
Weld rear fender
mounts to bumper.
Weld on end caps.

harness - both sides. 1/2” diameter hole -
Both mounting weldments.
