S-Registers

S Registers are 1 byte, volatile registers used to store configu‐
ration data. They are reset to the default state whenever
modem emulation is enabled, or the ATZ/AT&F command is
received. They can be saved to flash memory with the AT&W
command. When the port is opened, the saved parameters are
applied to the port.
