DND (Do Not Disturb)
This softkey activates and deactivates the DND (Do
Not Disturb) feature. When DND is enabled, all your
calls will be forwarded to voicemail, unless Call
Forwarding or Coverage is activated.
Unpark
This softkey connects to a call that has been parked.

CallFwd
This softkey allows you to redirect calls to another
extension or an outside telephone number with the
appropriate outside service (i.e. 9-555-1234).
To activate call forwarding:
1. Press the CallFwd softkey
2. Press the Enable softkey.
3. You will be prompted to enter the number of the
destination extension. Enter the extension number
and press OK. Both phones will now ring when a
call comes to your phone.
Calls can be forwarded to one or more internal phones,
one or more external phones, but not a combination of
internal and external. Adding each additional forward-
ing number is a separate operation.
To deactivate Call Forwarding, press the CallFwd
softkey, then Disable.
