A Header appears at the top of every printed Report.
The Header includes:

Report Name
■
Patient Name
• The name of the patient covered by the Report

Date Range
■
Report Date
• The calendar date the report was generated
■
Glucose Units
• Specifies if mg/dL or mmol/L units were used in the Report
■
Plasma or Whole Blood values
• Specifies if plasma or whole blood values were used in the Report
■
Patient's Age and Sex - if entered in Patient Setup
■
Patient's Doctor
