Hard Disk Security User Password
E.8 Exit Menu
Select the Exit tab from the setup menu to enter the exit setup screen.
Feature Options Description
Primary/Mas-
ter/Slave HDD
User Password
Enter password
Set or clear the user password for the hard disk.
Note: This option will be shaded if the hard
drive does support the Security Mode Feature
set but user failed to unlock the drive during
BIOS POST.
Feature Description
Save Changes and Exit
Exit setup and reboot so the new system configuration
parameters can take effect.
Discard Changes and Exit
Exit setup without saving any changes made in the BIOS
setup program.
