Changing Your Presence Information

Your presence information is constantly being updated by Microsoft Office

Communicator 2007 and Microsoft Office Communications Server 2007 based

on a variety of factors, including your Outlook Calendar, whether you're in a

call, an Instant Messaging session, or a conference. However, there may be

times when you want to manually change your presence status. For example,
if you've got a deadline, you may want to change your status to Do Not

Disturb to avoid being interrupted.

Note

This feature requires that you have access to a Microsoft Exchange 2007 server.
