If you are having connection problems, you can find information about connecting
using specific service providers, modems or mobile phones on our web site at
www.psion.com/mobile/.
7.4.2.3 What Information Do I Need?
Before you can set up your NETBOOK PRO, you will need to find out some infor-
mation about your modem and your Internet e-mail account by:
• Checking any documentation your ISP supplied about your Internet
account, or contacting your network administrator at work.
• Checking your ISP’s web site for technical support.
• Contacting your ISP by e-mail or phone for technical support.
• Checking the Psion Teklogix web site at www.psion.com/mobile for
details of worldwide ISPs.
Information Checklist
The checklist in Table 7.1 on page 107 shows what information you will need to set
up your NETBOOK PRO. Only your ISP or your network administrator can supply
all the information required about your Internet e-mail account.
