¡ The glass or rollers are dirty. Clean them (see page 77).
¡ The thermal head is dirty. Clean it (see page 77).
¡ The film is not inserted correctly. Insert it correctly (see page 78).

No voice messages have been
recorded in the ANS/FAX mode.
I cannot retrieve recorded
messages from a remote phone.

A dirty pattern or black line

¡ The memory is full. Erase some or all messages (see page 30).
¡ Make sure that you use the remote ANS ID correctly (see page 57).
When you dial it, press the button firmly.
¡ You have programmed the mailbox password. Press the password
and then try again (see page 53).
