Remove Palm Desktop software:
a. Click Change or Remove
Programs
b. Select Palm Desktop software,
and then click Remove.
c. Click Yes in the Confirm File
Deletion box.
d. Click OK, and then click Close.

Insert the CD that came with your handheld into your computer.

Double-click the CD icon on your desktop, and then double-click the
Palm Desktop Installer icon.

From the Easy Install screen, select Uninstall from the pop-up menu.
