Displaying the DVD MENU

Press A.MENU (AUDIO) button when source is DVD.

Select “DVD” and press A.MENU (AUDIO) button.
The DVD MENU is displayed as follows:
REPEAT - RANDOM - SCAN - PAUSE - ITS (INSTANT TRACK SELECTION)
PLAY - ITS (INSTANT TRACK SELECTION) MEMORY

You can operate a desired function. For details, refer to the pages for each of the func-
tions.

RANDOM, SCAN and PAUSE are available of the playing CDs.

ITS-PLAY and ITS-MEMORY are available of the connecting the Multi-DVD player. (As this
function and operation, refer to the Owner’s manual of the Multi-DVD player.

Select “BACK” in the MENU display or press BACK button to return to the previous display.

To return to the playback display, press BAND/ESC button.

If you do not operate the function within about 30 seconds, the display is automatically
returned to the playback display.

Information indications are displayed

When the source is DVD, press DISP button.
Each time you press DISP button, the displayed information changes.
When the operation mode switch is AUDIO:
PLAYBACK MODE (play time) - DVD Display (DVD’s video)
When the remote control operation mode switch is DVD:
Information Display 1 - Information Display 2 - No information display - Return to Infor-
mation Display 1
The DISP on Pioneer AV Head Unit (AVH-P6400CD or AVH-P6400) is the same func-
tion, as DISP button when the operation mode switch is AUDIO.

With Information Display 1, you can search for a desired scene by specifying Title, Chapter
or Time, and switch the audio, subtitle and angle settings.

You can also specify Title, Chapter and Time with Information Display 2. With Pioneer AV
Head Unit (AVH-P6400CD or AVH-P6400), Track up/down does not work with the Multi-
DVD player.

Disc Playback

Move the control stick up.

Move the control stick up when a disc is playing, pauses playback.

If the last disc played was a DVD, playback starts from the point on that disc where you
stopped play previously. With some discs, a menu may be displayed and playback may
not be possible from where you left off previously.
