administrator about the transferring mode of FTP server.
Video Quality of Network Camera
The focus on the
Network Camera is bad. • The lens is dirty or dust is attached. Clean the lens with lens
cleaner. Or adjust the camera focus manually.
• The image may be out of focus, if the object is too near.
Move the object away from Network Camera.
The color of the image is
poor or strange. • Adjust White Balance.
• To insure the images you are viewing are the best they can
be, set the Display property setting (color quality) to 16bit at
least and 24 bit or higher if possible within your computer.
•The configuration on the Network Camera image display is
incorrect. You need to adjust the image related parameters
such as brightness and contrast properly.
Image flickers. • Wrong power line frequency makes images flicker. Make
sure the 50 or 60Hz format of your Network Camera.
Noisy images occur. The video images might be noisy if the Network Camera is
located in a low light environment. Make the condition around
the Network Camera brighter.

How to Reboot the
Network Camera If you just want to reboot system without change anything. Go
to Setting page and click Restart linking directly, then system
will reboot again.
Can not play the
recorded ASF file Have installed Microsoft®’s DirectX 9.0 or later and use the
Windows Media Player 9 or later to play the ASF filed
recorded by the Network Camera.
