Issue

Causes and Solutions

No image appears.

Check the video cable connection and the TV’s input
mode switch.

The camera image
doesn’t appear.

The BL-WV10 cannot access the camera.

Check the camera’s power and connections
and its IP address as displayed in the camera
settings. If the Ethernet cable is connected
properly, the LAN indicator will be lit green.

If using wireless cameras, refer to the wireless
communications information on page 4.

The following is displayed:
[There is a problem with
the unit. Please note the
error code below and
contact a Panasonic
service center for
servicing.]

Remove the power cord from the AC adaptor and
re-insert it.

If this doesn’t resolve the problem, note the
error code shown on the screen and contact
your dealer.

The image appears
stretched horizontally
The image size is odd.

The TV is set to widescreen mode.

Adjust the TV’s display ratio.

The external sensor does
not trigger Sensor Alert
mode.

Is the sensor connected correctly?

Incorrect connections can cause Sensor Alert
mode to not function properly. Confirm all
connections and try again.

The image is refreshed
infrequently.

The camera's color night view mode is activated.

Brighten the camera's environment.

Access the camera with a PC and disable the
camera's color night view mode. You can also
use the BL-WV10 to disable color night view
mode (see “Camera Setup for Local
Cameras” on page 93 of the Operating
Instructions). Note that
manual
disable/enable is not available on certain
cameras.
