41. Click
“Define this policy setting”, select “Enabled”, and click “OK” to continue
42. Go to Start > Program > Administrative Tools > Active Directory Users and
Computers.
43. Go to Users. Right-click on the user that you are granting access, and select
“Properties”.

“Account” tab, and enable “Store password using reversible encryption”.
