Requirements For best results, make sure your material fully conforms to
our published specifications. See the table below and the
material notes that follow.
Media Size
The DA900 can print on the following range of material
sizes:
Width Height Thickness
Maximum 17" 13.5" 0.375"
Minimum 5" 3.5" 0.004"
Stapling/Clipping
IMPORTANT! Never run stapled or paper-clipped media
through your printer. These methods of binding the mail-
piece will seriously damage your printer. The printer's
warranty does not cover components damaged through
improper use.
Any folded material needs to be tabbed. See the figure
below.
