Disabling the Emergency Display
Your phone is preset to display EMrgCY when you hold
down to make an emergency call; however, you can set
the phone so EMrgCY does not appear (if you did not store
an emergency number in memory 01, for example).
Follow these steps to disable (or enable) the emergency dis-
play.
1. Press .
2. Repeatedly press or until EMrgCY CALL On
or OFF appears.
3. Press so OFF appears (to disable) or so On
appears (to enable).
4. Press to exit the function menu.
