Flash Modes

You can choose from 4 flash modes for taking
pictures of single pictures (none, auto, forced, and
red-eye reduction). The default mode is Auto Flash.

No Flash (no icon)

This mode allows you to take a standard picture
without using a flash.

To set the flash mode to normal, press and release
the FLASH button until you don’t see any of the flash

mode icons (

).

Auto Flash

This mode automatically senses when a flash is
needed.

To set the flash mode to Auto Flash, press and
release the FLASH button until you see the Auto

icons (

).

Forced Flash

This mode uses a forced flash with every picture you
take.

To set the flash mode to Forced Flash, press and
release the FLASH button until you see the Flash icon
