Using the List Editor

The List Editor is used to create a memo

list containing up to 20 items with up to 99

descriptions for each item.

1.

Choose the number of items in the

memo list.

Select [Number of Items] from the [File]

menu.

Choose the number of items from [5] (the

default setting), [10], and [20]. If desired,

the number of items can be changed after

the memo list is created; note, however,

that if the list contains more items than the

new maximum, the excess items will be

deleted.

Enter item names.

Click an item number, enter a name in the

[Item name] text box, and click [Update]

to display the new name in the item list.

Follow the same procedure to change

existing item names.

Item names can be up to 20 characters long.

The following characters can not be used: \ / : ?

* " < > |. Note that the presence of any of these

characters, commas, or multiple periods may

corrupt the display of item names in Russian-

language operating systems.

Enter descriptions.

Select a name in the item list and edit the

descriptions for the selected item.

Enter descriptions in the [Input] text

box, and click [Add] to add them to the

end of the input list. Changes to existing

descriptions can be made by clicking the

description and then clicking one of the

following buttons:

[Edit]: Edit the selected description.

[Delete]: Delete the selected description.

[Up]/[Down]: Move the selected

description up or down in the input list.

Descriptions can be up to 32 characters long.

The following characters can not be used: \ / : ?
