USING S700 AS A COPIER > 25

ENLARGING OR REDUCING YOUR ORIGINAL

Like most copiers, the S700 also features an auto enlargement/
reduction function to resize your original.

1.

Load your original document.

2.

Press

Reduce/Enlarge.

3.

Continue pressing

Reduce/Enlarge to select one of the preset

enlargement or reduction ratios, or press (

▲)/(▼) to adjust in

1% increments. A combination of these methods can be used
to quickly select any required ratio from 25% to 400%.

4.

Press the

Copy key (color or black and white) to begin copying.

CHANGING COPY DENSITY

Copy density refers to the level of darkness in your copies. Use this
feature to compensate for an unsatisfactory original.

1.

Load your original document.

2.

Repeatedly press

Light/Dark to select one of the preset levels,

or press

▲/▼ to increase/decrease the level.

3.

Press

Copy to begin copying.
