Saving a Current Location as a Favorite
To save your current location as a Favorite, press the Menu soft key
in the Safety View or Map screen, then select Actions > Save GPS
Location.
Optimizing Your Stop Order
To rearrange the stops on your trip in the most effi cient order, press the
Menu soft key in the Going To screen, then select Actions > Optimize
Stops. You must have at least three stops to optimize — the
destination always remains the same.
General Options
GPS
Select GPS in the Options menu. The GPS
screen provides tools for setting up and
viewing your Smartphone’s GPS functionality.
In the GPS screen, press the Menu soft key
and select Turn On Bluetooth to turn your
phone’s Bluetooth connection on from within
CoPilot. Note that some phones can only have
Bluetooth turned on through the Windows
settings controls.
Routing
Select Routing in the Options menu. Basic
options in the Routing screen are:
Vehicle Type — Options are Automobile or
RV. RV routes favor major roads, incorporate
12’6” bridge height restrictions (US only),
and avoid sharp turns and U-turns wherever
possible.
Press the Menu soft key, then Search for GPS to have CoPilot search
for your Smartphone’s GPS receiver. When your receiver is detected,
you’ll see the name of the receiver along with any other Bluetooth
devices. Highlight the receiver and press Select.
