5.8 Manual/automatic call receipt
You can set your unit in such a way that, if a call comes in, you
only have to pick up the handset from the base station to
establish a connection. You do not have to press the Line button.

• Press the Set button.
• Press “2 8 1”.
• Press the Set button again to confirm.
5.8.2 Automatic call receipt
• Press the Set button.
• Press “2 8 2”.
• Press the Set button again to confirm.
5.9 Tracing the base station
The handset has the facility to indicate whether you are in
the working range of another base station to which your
handset is also subscribed.
5.9.1 Manual selection
• Press the Set button.
• Press “2 5”.
• Select the desired base station.
• Press the Set button again to confirm.
The handset traces the entered base station number. When it
has located the base, the number appears on the display.
5.9.2 Automatic selection
The handset traces every other base station to which it is
subscribed. As soon as it finds a base station, the number
appearson the display.
• Press the Set button.
• Press “2 5*”.
• Press the Set button again to confirm.
5.10 Selecting the ringer volume
• Press the Set button.
• Press “5”.
• Select the desired ringer volume (0 to 5).
• Press the Set button.
