Easy Cup Custard

Serves 4

INGREDIENTS

3/4 cup heavy cream
1/4 cup whole milk
1/4 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 egg yolks
1 egg
Pinch of kosher salt

METHOD

Preheat grill to 400F for 15 minutes.

Preheat food trays for 5 minutes.

Whisk all ingredients together in mixing bowl until smooth.

Divide mixture between 4 hot food trays.

Place under grill and set timer for 12 minutes.

To test for doneness, tap the side of the food tray with a pot holder.
If you notice ripples or waves, cook for an additional 3 - 5 minutes.

Remove and serve warm or cold

Cornbread

Serves 4

INGREDIENTS

1 cup all purpose flour
1 cup stone-ground yellow corn meal
2 teaspoons baking powder
3/4 teaspoons kosher salt
2 tablespoons sugar
1 cup milk
1 egg
1 cup corn kernels (fresh or frozen)
1/3 cup vegetable oil

METHOD

Preheat grill to 400F for 15 minutes.

Preheat food trays for 5 minutes.

Combine all ingredients in large mixing bowl in order listed until
smooth.

Place 1/4 cup of batter into each food tray.

Place under grill, and set timer for 15 minutes.

Corn bread is done when puffed up and light golden brown on top
