Connecting to a Computer
Connecting with a computer allows you to easily and intuitively
manage the exercise logs, training programs, and music data,
and lets you take full advantage of all the modes and functions
on the BF-1 conveniently and efficiently from your computer.
This is especially true in the Music mode, where the songs you
want to listen to must be loaded from the computer beforehand.
The loaded songs can also be listened to in other modes.
Managing data and loading songs from computer requires the
included software.
