Q2: A problem in the communication audio

The audio from the other unit cannot
be heard.
The microphones are muted on the other
unit.

Audio connection cables are disconnected or
connected improperly.
Connect the audio connection cables
securely.
USB cable is disconnected or connected
improperly.
Connect the USB cable securely.
The USB cable is not connected properly.
Check that the USB cable is connected
firmly.
The unit generates feedback noises.
The unit is located against a wall.
Locate the unit at a certain distance from a
wall.
An object is placed near this unit.
Avoid placing an object in front of the
microphones.
This unit is used in a room with high
reverberation.
Place objects with high sound absorbance in
the room by avoiding the positions in front of
the microphones.
Avoid talking at a loud voice to reduce
reverberations.
