3. Turn power on for the ExaSAN switch by pressing the Power button. Wait for the Heartbeat LED to turn into a
steady flashing blue state. Note that you might hear a few short beeps generated from the switch during this
process. You may ignore them as they are designed for Accusys’ internal diagnostic purpose only.
4. Turn your primary MDC on first and wait for it to become ready.
5. Turn your back up MDC on.
