Notes:

The belt is made of an elasticated material, so it fits a variety of waist
sizes from 30 to 56 inches (76-142cm).
•
You can tighten or loosen the belt by adjusting the secondary straps.
•
Each set of GelPads contains 4 adhesive GelPads (Type: 612)
