Measurement loop description
In this field, you can give your measurement
loop a descriptive label, e.g. level - cleaning
detergent. Up to 80 characters can be en-
tered. The measurement loop description is
not saved in the sensor, but in the PC.
Application
For capacitive electrodes, Level measure-
ment is permanently set and cannot be modi-
fied.
Program
In this menu item, you can modify settings of
the program.
Setup
Configuration of measurement loops
Click to Configuration , point to Measure-
ment loop , then click to Modify .
Now all instruments connected on the bus
are listed (identifiable by means of bus ad-
dress and serial number). Choose the sen-
sor (the measurement loop) you want to use
to create a measurement loop and click to
OK .
Modify measurement loop configuration
In this window, you can more clearly specify
your measurement loop.
Measurement loop no. (Sensor-TAG)
In this field, you can enter a measurement
loop number, e.g. tank 15/3. Max. 16 charac-
ters are available.
Language
Here you can change the program language.
With
OK you reach again the window "VEGA
Visual Operating".
User access
With this function, you can modify the user
name and the password or deactivate the
password enquiry.
Communication
Here you can determine the settings for data
transmission.
