Terminology

 AT Command

AT command set is the de facto standard language for controlling modems. The
AT command set was developed by Hayes and is recognized by virtually all
personal computer modems. Promi-ESD provides the extended AT command set
to control and configure the serial parameters and Bluetooth connection.

 AT Response

Promi-ESD replies to AT commands with 4 kinds of message, ‘OK’, ‘ERROR’,
‘CONNECT’ and ‘DISCONNECT’.

 Operation Mode

Mode0: Waiting for AT commands

Mode1: Attempting to connect to the last connected Bluetooth device

Mode2: Waiting for the connection from the last connected Bluetooth device

Mode3: Waiting for the connection from any other Bluetooth devices

 Operation Status

Standby: Waiting for AT commands

Pending: Executing tasks

Connect: Transmitting data

 Security

Authentication: Pin code (or Pass key)

Encryption: Data encryption
