Chapter 5: BIOS setup

Execute Disable Function [Disabled]

Allows you to enable or disable the no execution on page protection technology.

When enabled, the system forces the XD features flag to always return to zero.

Configuration options: [Disabled] [Enabled]

CPU Internal Thermal Control [Auto]

When set to [Auto], the BIOS will automatically check the CPU’s capability to

enable the C1E support. In C1E mode, the CPU power consumption is lower when

idle. Configuration options: [Disabled] [Enabled]
