• This product has been designed for domestic use only. Any commercial use, inappropriate use or failure to
comply with the instructions, the manufacturer accepts no responsibility and the guarantee will not apply.
• Do not let children use the appliance unattended.
• Use of this appliance by young children or disabled people must be supervised, do not use the appliance or its
cord within their reach.
• Check that the power voltage indicated on the rating plate of the appliance corresponds to that of your mains
installation.
Any connection or handling error renders the guarantee invalid.
• Do not operate the 150 ml mini chopper when empty.
• Handle the blade of the 150 ml mini chopper with care ; it is extremely sharp (diagram 2).
• The blade must be removed before emptying the contents of the 150 ml bowl.
• Never touch moving parts.
• Never handle the blade of the blender shaft when the appliance is connected.
• Always unplug the appliance if you are to leave it unattended, and before you assemble it, take it apart or clean it.
• Never disassemble the appliance.
• You need only carry out standard cleaning and maintenance of the appliance.
• If the power cord or the plug is damaged, do not use your appliance. So as to avoid any danger, it is imperative
that you have them replaced by an approved service centre (see list in the hand blender booklet).
• Never remove a cover when the shaft is still connected to the motor unit.
• For your safety, only use accessories and spare parts that correspond to your appliance.
Attention: Handle all accessories with care when assembling and removing them.
• This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced physical, sensory or mental
capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they have been given supervision or instruction
concerning use of the appliance by a person responsible for their safety. Children should be supervised to
ensure that they do not play with the appliance.
• Before using for the first time, clean the accessories in soapy water. Rinse and dry thoroughly.
• Fit the shaft onto the motor unit and then lock it by twisting it.
• Plug the appliance in and press the start button.
• Turn the appliance on before placing the accessory into your mixture.
