Vegetable Soup

500 g potatoes, 400 g carrots,

1 leek, 1.8 L water. Simmer for

30 min.

Select

speed 2, place the mixer base

into the preparation until the dome is

covered. Switch the appliance on, the

food will be reduced effortlessly.

Mayonnaise

1 whole egg, 1 teaspoon Dijon

mustard, 1 tablespoon wine

vinegar, 250 ml sunflower

or olive oil, salt, pepper

(all ingredients at room

temperature)

Place all of the ingredients in the 0.8 L

beaker then blend for a few seconds at

speed 2.

Pancake mixture

200 g flour, a pinch of salt,

200 ml milk, 40 g melted butter,

3 eggs.

At

speed 2.

BLUE

Crushed ice

3 ice-cubes maximum

Fit the filter and the 0.8 L beaker, place

a maximum of 3 ice cubes in the filter

and then crush at

speed 2. Carry on

until you have obtained the consistency

desired. For the Margarita, add the

ingredients to the crushed ice.

Stiff peaked egg whites

1 pinch of salt, 2 egg whites

straight from the refrigerator.

the 0.8 L beaker and then

process. It is important to

move the blender up and

down, at

speed 1.

RED

Baby food

50 g ham, 50 g carrots, 50 g

potato, 50 ml water

Place all the ingredients into a wide-

bottomed container and mince at

speed 2.

Meats

100 g raw or cooked meat.

In a container with steep sides, place

the chunks of meat and mince for a

few seconds, moving the hand blender

around the container at

speed 2.

Köfte (minced meat balls)

For 10 meatballs: 100 g lean

lamb, 150 g veal, 1/4 onion, 2

slices of stale bread.

Place all the ingredients into a wide-

bottomed container and then mince at

speed 2. By hand, roll out the meatballs

and then cook them in a frying pan.
