Storage & Net Scan Error

Memory Full

Delete job IDs to release the product memory.

ID is not
found

ID input is not correct. Input a correct ID.

Receive Fail

Please check network on MFP, and receive file again.

Invalid
Password

Password input is not correct. Input a correct
password.

Delete File
Fail

The file is being printed. You can not delete a file
which is working.

ID is existed

Net Scan: Input a different ID.
Storage Copy: Choose “Append” shown on the LCD to
append the current file to the same ID file in the
product memory, or input a different ID.
Storage Print: The product changes the ID number
automatically, or delete the ID job if it fails to be
saved.

Paper not
match

The number of the front pages scanned is different
from that of the back pages.

CF Card / CF
Card R/W Fail

The product does not detect the CF card.
The error will disappear later.

No Job Exist

This error happens when performing the Job Print/Job
Delete command with no storage jobs in the CF card.
