17.1.2 Adjusting Extended Stopper

Connect air supply to the rod end side port of the pneumatic cyl-
inder, adjust the extended stopper screw to required position, and
reverse the actuator direction to stop movement by the extended

position.

NOTICE

The Extended Stopper is not designed as a jackscrew. Do not
use this to manually override the actuator. Always adjust the
stopper with no load on it.

WARNING

Never remove the assembly fasteners without first backing off the
Extended Stopper fully to release any load on it.
