COMPENSATION OF THE CONTROL PCB:
In order to eliminate malfunctions in the electronic
control it is possible to carry out a manual com-
pensation of the control PCB. The procedure is
as follows:
1. Switch off the maschine at the pushbutton

switch (1) and open the door.

2. Press the „reverse“ pushbutton switch (2) and

keep it pressed.

4. Release the „reverse“ pushbutton switch (2)

after approx. 3 sec.

6. Close the door. The cutting system runs for-

ward.

The compensation of the control PCB is com-
pleted.

MATERIAL JAM IN MACHINE:
If too much material is fed in, causing a jam, the
machine will respond as follows:
- Cutting mechanism halts, then runs one step in

reverse (material will be released) and stops.
The motor shuts down automatically. The pilot
lamp (5) (fig. 1) lights up.

Proceed as follows:
- Briefly operate the pushbutton switch for reverse

(2) (fig. 1). The pilot lamp (5) (fig. 1) goes off.

- Activate the forward pushbutton (1) (fig. 1).

The material is once again fed to the cutting
system.

- If required, switch the cutting system alternately

to forward and reverse until all of the material
has been run through the cutting system and
shredded.

MOTOR PROTECTION:
The motor shuts down automatically, should it
become overloaded. Turn the machine off with
the pushbutton switch (1) (fig. 1).
Allow the motor to cool down for 15 to 20 minutes
(depending upon room temperature) and then
continue shredding.
