Front of the Talon Gun:
1. Properly clean and flush Mix Chamber and Spray Tip.
2. Unscrew the Nozzle Cap - remove the Spray Tip and Turbulent Mix.
3. Remove the two Cap Screws and the Mix Chamber from the Gun Block
4. Remove the Catalyst Injector from the Gun Block or Distribution Ring. Carefully
disassemble and clean then reassemble
5. Remove the Mix Housing Seal and Distribution Ring from the Mix Chamber.
6. Replace Seals and any damaged parts as necessary and reassemble.
Chopper Gun Front:
Note: the TLN-IC-100X-XX and TLN-IW-100X-XX Talon gun assemblies use the FT-
XXX or N-XXXXC Air Less Spray Tips.
