The actuator can be accelerated/decelerated along a S-motion curve by setting this parameter accordingly.
If a command pulse-train input is given at a specified frequency, the actuator accelerates/decelerates slowly
from the set time constant.
The actuator moves by the number of pulses specified by the command.
By setting this parameter, smooth actuator acceleration/deceleration can be ensured even when the host
controller has no acceleration/deceleration function or the command pulse frequency changes rapidly.
