• Process All Records: Automatically processes all records directly
from the Uploads form. Rejected records are listed in the Error Log.
• Return On Each Error: Records are processed automatically, how-
ever, processing stops when errors are found and allows changes using
the Process Records form.
• Step By Step Processing: Records are processed individually. You are
prompted at each record while processing. Changes are allowed using
the Process Records form.

“Setting Upload Processing Options” on page 56 . For more information
about processing data records, please refer to the following sections.
Process All Records
If you have selected Process All Records processing, please refer to the
steps below to process your records.
1. Select CE Portable > Process Data from the main menu. The Upload
form appears:
2. Your data may be filtered by user.
To process all the uploaded data records, click the drop-down arrow in
the Filter by User field and select All.
To process data for a specific user, click the drop-down arrow in the
Filter by User field and select the user for whom you want to filter
data.
3. Click the Process button found along the bottom of the Upload form.
The data is automatically processed.
You are notified if any errors occur, and have the option of viewing
them in the error log.
