8.2.9 SOFTWARE UPGRADE
Software upgrades may be necessary to enable new features as they become available. Use the Software
Upgrade icon to open the Software Upgrade dialog box. The current software version of the connected DVR(s)
will be displayed in the Upgrade Status ÀHOG7RXSJUDGHD'95VHOHFWWKH'95DQGFRUUHVSRQGLQJXSJUDGHÀOH
and then click the Start button to begin the software upgrade process. The Upgrade status will be updated
DFFRUGLQJWRSURJUHVV$OWKRXJKQRWUHFRPPHQGHGFOLFNWKHStop or Close button to stop the upgrade
process if necessary. The upgrade process may take several minutes and will require the DVR to reboot
to complete the process. Preferably use a hardwire connection on the LAN (not over the internet) for the
