Click Next. A confirmation screen appears.

Click Finish. Your password is changed.

Reconnecting to a VSM server

Once you are running the VSM client, you can connect to a different active VSM server or reconnect
to the server to which you were connected.

To reconnect to a VSM server:

1.

From the File menu, select Connect. The Login screen appears.

2.

In the User Name field, enter your user name.

3.

In the Password field, enter your password.

4.

If this is the first time you are connecting to a specific VSM server, select Connect to Server and
enter the IP address of the VSM server in the Connect to Server field.

If this is not the first time you are connecting to a specific VSM server, do either of the following:

• Select Connect to Domain and select the SVSP domain name from the dropdown box.
• Select Connect to Server and select the IP address of the VSM server from the dropdown box.

5.

In the Port field, enter the TCP port number configured as the port through which VSM server is
exposed to the IP network.

6.

If you want to connect using a secure HTTP (HTTPS) connection, check Http is Secure.

7.

Click OK. The VSM client connects to the VSM server you specified.

Exiting the VSM client

To exit the VSM client:

From the File menu, select Exit. The VSM client closes.

client.
