2. Click Browse. The Select Folder dialog box appears.
3. Navigate to and select the folder to which you want to copy the folder you are moving.
4. Click OK. The Select folder dialog box closes.
5. Click Next. A confirmation screen appears.
6. Click Finish. The folder is moved to the destination folder.
NOTE:
You can also move a folder by dragging it from the list area to a folder in the navigation tree.
Deleting folders
To delete a folder:
1. Right-click a folder.
2. Select Delete. A confirmation screen appears.
3. Click Finish. The folder is deleted.
Managing your My Objects folder
When you create a new entity, the VSM client automatically adds the new entity to your My Objects
folder. You can designate a folder as the My Objects folder. You can also remove the My Objects
designation from a folder.
NOTE:
To configure My Objects folders for other users, see “ Configuring users ” on page 345.
To designate a folder as the My Objects folder:
1. Right-click a folder.
2. Select Manage > Set to be My Objects. A confirmation screen appears.
3. Click Finish. The folder icon is outlined in pink.
To remove the My Objects designation from a folder:
1. Right-click the current My Objects folder.
2. Select Manage > Unset to be My Objects. A confirmation screen appears.
3. Click Finish. The pink outline is removed from the folder icon.
