The computer has two version of the printer driver, one for the front USB port and
one for the back USB port. If you are connected to the printer's back USB port but
select the printer driver that is associated with the front USB port, the printer will not
print.
Click File , and then click Print to open the Print dialog box. The Print dialog box
displays two versions of the printer driver. Select the version that is associated with
the port to which you are printing.

What the lights indicate
The printer lights indicate the printer status.
Power light is flashing
The printer is preparing to print.
The light stops flashing when the printer has received all data.
Resume light is flashing
The printer might be out of paper
1. Place paper in the In tray.
2. Press the Resume button on the front of the printer.
There might be a paper jam
