In coming months, a number of exciting new features and functions will be added to
your 3DPlayer app.
2D-3D Conversion
Viren has developed novel algorithms that enable automatic, real-time conversion of 2D
video into 3D. With this feature running on the 3DPlayer, users will have the option of
converting any 2D media content into 3D.
3D Games
Viren is working with the manufacturer of the tablet on enabling several new 3D
stereoscopic games for the device.
3DPlayer for Windows *
Viren is in the final stages of development on a PC version of the 3D Player which will
have all the features contained in the existing Android tablet version and more,
including streaming internet 2D and 3D video from YouTube and many other internet
portal sites, real-time 2D-3D video conversion for video and photos, and playback of 3D
and 2D video from DVDs or locally stored media files.
*3D viewing on PCs or Windows laptops normally will require 3D glasses.
Notes on SmartCard and USB
In addition to SDHC cards (32GB max, 4GB max file size), it reads SDXC (>32GB, no file
size limit) and exFAT/NTFS formatted cards, e.g. with SanDisk Ultra 64GB micro-SD card
(exFAT), and 2GB card formatted with NTFS. It works well for large videos from Bluray-
3D.
NOTE: Very large 3D movie files placed in the card root may cause a crash so place them
in a folder. They will, however, work either way in 2D.
The USB port reads 128GB USB Flash pen using an adapter.
