Placing a call on Hold

During a call you can place a call on hold.

z

Press

places the call on hold.

z

Press

again to retrieve the call.

Call Enquiry

During a call another party can be consulted.

z

Press

to put the call on hold.

z

Now dial the other phone number.

z

Press

again to drop the second call and switch back to the first call. (In case you've

released the call with the consulted party, your handset will be re-alerted for the original
call.)

You can use either Call Enquiry or Conference Call depending on your
configuration.

Call Transfer

During a call you can transfer a call to another party.

z

Press

to put the call on hold.

z

Dial the other phone number.

z

Press

to complete the transfer. (The transfer can be completed before or after the

other party answered the call.)
