Error message Suggested remedies
Card Error Turn off your camera, and then turn it on
again.
Remove your memory card, and then insert
it again.

Card Locked Unlock the memory card.
DCF Full Error File names do not match the DCF standard.
Transfer the files on the memory card to your
computer and format the card. (p. 105)
File Error Delete the damaged file or contact a service
center.
Low Battery Insert a charged battery or recharge the battery.
Memory Full Delete unnecessary files or insert a new memory
card.
No Image File Take photos or insert a memory card that has
some photos.
Check the lens. Check whether dust or foreign substances
between Lens contacts and Lens mount index.
Remove either dust or foreign substances if dirt
or foreign substances are appeared. Please be
care for avoid getting dirt foreign substances
inside the camera.
Error 00 Turn off the camera, remove the lens, and then
mount the lens again.
Error 01/02 Turn off the camera, remove the battery, and
then insert it again.
