5i Series IP Phone Release Notes
DEF08852 Auto-answer calls are no longer rejected when you are already in a call; they are
now treated as normal calls. The previous behavior affected Fonality HUD users.

DEF07873 Display name portion of the FROM and TO SIP headers are now correctly quoted,
allowing support for characters such as (, ), [, ]
DEF08132 Phones now support updating the RTP destination when the call is taken off hold –
this was causing lost voice path on some servers after transfer.
DEF08245 Phones now send an ACK and the call is cleared down correctly when the far-end
answers the call at the same time that a CANCEL is sent.
DEF08494 Phones initiating the transfer now clear down the transferred call, rather than relying
on the transferee. This fixes issues with other clients that didn’t clear down the call
when they were the transferee.
DEF08558 RFC2833 - DTMF support is no longer advertised when the phone is configured to
only use in-band RTP.
DEF08612 Phones now support updating the Codec when the call is taken off hold– this was
causing lost voice path after a call was put on hold.
DEF08619 Phones now re-subscribe for SCA and MWI events after receiving a 481 error, which
can happen after a server reboot.
DEF08632 Phones now clear down a held call on receipt of a 481 in response to an unhold
attempt or a transfer attempt.
DEF08641 Phones no longer send SDP in the ACK message for calls involving early media.
