To Use Description
Converting RAW Images
When you convert a RAW image into a HI image, the converted image file will
have a new name and the .NEF extension will be changed to .TIF. Be sure there
is enough space on the card for the new HI image before converting the im-
age. One image requires about 15 MB of space on the memory card.

1 A confirmation dialog will be displayed. Press multi
selector up or down to highlight option, press to
right to select.
• Select No to exit and return
to full-screen playback with-
out converting RAW image.
• Select Yes to convert RAW
image to HI image and save
HI image. Proceed to step 2.
2 If you selected Yes in step 1, a confirmation dialog
will be displayed. Press multi selector up or down
to highlight option, press to right to select.
• Select No to exit without
deleting RAW image data.
• Select Yes to delete RAW
image data.
