Observe adequate cooling-down breaks! The equipment must be raised after a
cutting time of approx. 2 minutes and run for a minimum of 10 seconds without being
under pressure. The great circumferential speed in connection with the construction of
the wheel causes rapid cooling of the diamond tool!

3.6 Shutting down

Please note: The cut-off wheels must not be decelerated when running down.
Always place the equipment on its side when it is running down and never on its
wheels. Only operate the spindle locking device when the equipment is at a
standstill!

When placing the equipment on its side, ensure that the cut-off wheels are not pointing

towards the body when running down.

Remove the plug from the mains supply and shut down the dust remover

3.7 Cutting out the grooves with the chisel

Cut out the milled groove using the chisel provided.
The cut depth should be set approx. 5 mm deeper than the desired depth to compensate any
inaccurateness that may arise when breaking out the centre bar.
