Using Predial

The Predial feature allows you to enter and preview a number of up to 31
digits and make corrections before you dial the number.

To use Predial:

Note: If you are on a call on your
Individual Line (DN) and your phone is
not in Not Ready or Make Busy state,
your call is automatically placed on hold
when an ACD call rings your phone
enabling you to answer the ACD In-Calls
line. However, if you are on an ACD call
and a call comes in on your Individual
Line (DN), you cannot put your ACD call
on hold to answer the call on your
Individual Line (DN).

1.

Dial

the number.

Note 1: If you are calling an external or
long distance number, be sure that the
appropriate access codes are included.

Note 2: Press the

Pause

Key to insert a

1.5 second pause in the dialing string.

2.

Press an

Individual Line

(DN) Key to

receive dial tone. The displayed
predialed number is automatically dialed.
